lenny is both an OM yoga & trauma-sensitive certified yoga instructor and has taught public & private classes for the last 3 years. she has relied on her 8 year yoga/mediation practice to find peacefulness & help overcome her own internal wounds.
her interest in creating mandala house came from this place of self-healing, as well as her international volunteer experience.
